Bob's Newest Project

Last year we installed two gates at the end of our laneway so that we could lock up entry when we went away on holidays. However the gates only prevented entry onto the laneway and not to the yard. Anyone could drive around the gates onto the field if they so desired.
Therefore, Bob decided it was time to fence the front boundary of the property (the other three are already fenced). We opted for the rustic look and decided on a split rail design.
Here is Bob putting in posts after digging the holes by hand.

And here are pictures of the completed fence. Good job, eh?

Great work Dad! I'm sure the new puppy will appreciate it as well. So... what's next? ;)

I was thinking the same thing ex-grad.
There can't be much left...perhaps a pool? Will need a much bigger shovel.
The fence is very nice, I am envious, always wanted a split-rail fence. Good job.
