Here is the view looking one direction along the beachfront in front of our hotel.

This is the view looking the other direction. The small huts that you see are called beach sheds. They can be rented for the season to store beach gear, BBQs etc. Quite pricey though.

Quaint view along the roadside in front of our hotel. The pukey yellow building is our hotel. The rooms were ok but the food was delicious and more than made up for other shortcomings! Everything was prepared from fresh.
