Clematis in full bloom

I took a chance and moved my columbine this spring (it was being overrun by the lily of the valley) but it seems to have liked the move.

At 8:18 AM, Unknown said...: I don't know about Pat but we use good old-fashioned horse manure plus we added some topsoil this year.

Actually I don't usually fertilize perennials at all.Use 20-20-20 on annuals when I water.
